Removed "auto-lock" script from Jail Doors as the script would overwrite every single door, regardless of previous lock or intention.
While removing this lock might result in a "prisoner" behind unlocked bars, this is better than the alternative where quests are messed up because a terminal lock is replaced with "Easy" lockpick. And in some cases like in SS2 even, some doors are meant to be open.

Gun For Hire - eXoPatch
A patch for Gun For Hire that adds a new NPC that now sells you the access to the Gun For Hire Office, to give you that extra "I earned it" feeling.
NPC is disabled by default and you can be spawned by reading the Ad note found at the Diamond City Security Bulletin Board.
As the game progress and your reputation grows high enough you'll be able to recruit the NPC as a settler, and with the SS2 Leader Patch also be able to make him a leader.
Mod Compatibility Changes
Moves the door to the left side building for SS2 Compatibility. (Optional patch available for users who previously patched for SS2.)
Disables GNN as a potential job destination for SS2 Compatibility.
Limits Settlement targets to the Commonwealth where that wasn't already the case.
Disables quest that have you kill an NPC used in a quest in Fens Sheriff's Department. (Can be toggled with global)
