Transfer Settlement Blueprint for Taffington Boathouse. Built using only main game and DLC items.

Vanilla blueprint for Taffington Boathouse using only main game and DLC items. This is a much larger version of Taffington than what I released three years ago. Being located along a main road with a lot of traders passing through, as well as NPCs if you use NPCs Travel, this was built as a large trading and farming hub with all amenities, without feeling crowded.
There's a restaurant, as well as general, armor, and clothing shops on the waterfront. A clinic and weapon shop are in the main home, which has had new roofing added. Defense provides jobs for two guards. There are beds for 19 settlers.
This uses Slot #56 of Transfer Settlements. Please download manually if you already have a blueprint in that slot or just wish to assign to a different slot.
Prior to import, scrap everything (without a scrap mod). For a stable settlement, please read this Article.
