I originally had this made to use alongside cyanide4suicide's replacer. That's why I used the ESP version of the mod instead of the ESL. You can use it without cyanide's mod of course

Rheinmetall EG-7 Energiegewehr (ESP or ESL version)
Leveled Item Framework (LIF) (REQUIRED or if you have the latest scripts already)

- (Optional ESL replacer) Disabled LL injections and removes the Institute weapon list changes (Unique weapon placements are left alone)
- EG-7L (Laser variant) for Institute Laser guns
- Increased bash damage
- Decreased value to 45 from 450
- Minimum level to appear: 15
- Injected into: LL_InstituteLaserGun, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Pistol_Auto, LL_InstituteLaserGun_RandomTemplate, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Rifle_Auto, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Rifle_SemiAuto, LL_InstituteLaserGun_SemiAutoPistol, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Shotgun_Rifle_SemiAuto, LL_InstituteLaserGun_SimplePistol, LL_InstituteLaserGun_SimpleRifle
- EG-7P (Plasma variant) for Institute Laser guns
- Increased bash damage
- Decreased value to 45 from 450
- Minimum level to appear: 25

- EG-7G (Gauss variant) for Institute Laser guns
- Increased bash damage
- Decreased value to 45 from 450
- Changed out Gauss "Full Recharge Capacitor" to non-craftable "Advanced Systems Capacitor" for full-auto firing (still slow rate-of-fire)
- Minimum level to appear: 35
- Injected into: LL_InstituteLaserGun_Automatics, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Boss, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Rifle_Auto, LL_InstituteLaserGun_SuperSniper, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Shotgun_Rifle_SemiAuto
- ESL-flagged ESP files
POTENTIAL ISSUES:
- Sometimes higher-level weapons appear sooner than the minimum level has intended when an NPC that it's set to spawn with is higher level.

- Script-injected the EG-7P into all the Institute Laser gun lists
- The EG-7P starts appearing at level 25
- Injected into: LL_InstituteLaserGun, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Boss, LL_InstituteLaserGun_SuperSniper, LL_InstituteLaserGun_Shotgun_Rifle_SemiAuto
- Super Mutants can't use this weapon
- (Optional ESP replacer) Disabled LL injections and removes the Institute weapon list changes (Unique weapon placements are left alone)
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
