Patches for PANPC and JSRS Sounds. Made during PANPC 2.0.12. Doesn't look like it'll conflict but I haven't fully checked yet. Looks good for 1.9.4.

patch v1.6 -explosion data updated, thanks to Ocius for doing that. Let me know of any issues. This is for the explosion data and trap alert .esp and gives the AI the message to respond to explosions properly.
Still none of the grenade and mine items on the Leveled Lists. Let me know if you want a script injected patch for that.
patch V1.3 - There's still some uncertainty around the No_enable keyword placement. Whether or not it is even needed. Please leave any and all feedback around that.
Also note, I have not added any of the items to the leveled lists for sake of easier updating.
The older v 1.8 patch for PANPC was outdated and I based the previous patch on that patch so bummer on that. Sorry again.
The only NPCs in this patch are Horizon originals like the pet / robot companions, turrets, and some other workshop stuff. That is all! Please let me know of any issues.
Weapons also patched.
Big shout out to Ocius in the Horizon Discord for major help fixing this. Give some gratitude his way and check out his patches. This is his page.

Optional patch for Glowing Animals Emit Light (do not use this, I'll make a patch for Horizon that does not need PANPC involved. Sorry again for any confusion and needless work) (Not necessary)
