this MCM addon is for True Storms version 1.4.1 and i just noticed True Storms got updated to version 1.4.2. im going to see if this MCM addon still works with the new version. btw thank u for all your MCM addons, i use a lot of them they r a big help.
Update: i just messed around in game for a couple hours and the MCM settings looked to still work with version 1.4.2
Hello! I've left this question in the posts of NAC X - True Storms compatibility patch , but noone seems to know anything about it... or simply don't want to reply on it, so will ask it here in hopes of someone to help me. I'm using MCM settings for both NAC X and True Storms and well bunch of other MCM settings which cleared almost all holotapes from my inventory (Thank you m8r98a4f2? !). True Storms has a holotape which you can use and/or throw it away no problem, but if you'll add NAC X - True Storms patch then this holotape will appear in your inventory again after sometime and it continues to appear no matter how many times you drop it. I've tried to tinker around in FO4Edit, deleted a few holotape records but none seems to fix this problem. Slowly getting to the point of using only one weather mod, but damn, they're both so good...
@EddieTheHead666 Na, was searching for some time, deleted bunch of records via FO4Edit with no luck, took a pause for now while getting my LO in order. Will get back to it later and post a solution if i'll find one, unless someone will fix it before me.
The best solution to hide a item is to make it unplayable by giving it the corresponding record header flag. You can see that technique in action in the optional NAC X hide armor menu item esp coming with the NAC X MCM. Simply open it in FO4Edit, find the one change in the record, and apply that change to the holotape you like to hide as well.
Nope - years ago he helped me with a mod of my own, and i tested the earliest version of the ghoul features. "Hoard" means " to collect" or "to gather large amounts of" as a verb, and "a stash" or "a trove" if a noun (like a dragon's hoard).
It's supposed to be "Horde" in all cases - just a typo he swore he'd fix eventually when I pointed it out to him, hehe. Sadly he went inactive shortly thereafter.
(The earliest version also let ghouls spawn in the Crater of Atom. The Children of Atom are only armed with radiation weapons. Hilarity ensued.... when testing, when you go to speak to the priestess looking for Virgil, ghouls would spawn and slaughter everyone inlcuding the quest npcs lol. Fortunately once i told him, before he went inactive, he made the Crater an exclusion zone for spawns lol).
Just saw that Life in the Ruins updated and included this in 3.1 and I distinctly remember around this time last month openly wondering why this didn't exist yet.
Now it does. Long, long, long overdue but its here now.
The problem is that True Storms set a default value for the settings when the main switch is turned on. Because thats a script which executing can be somewhat delayed it can overwrite the previous settings. But simply applying the MCMSM slot/preset a second time shortly after fixes it!

Kudos!
So true. Especially due to the fact that it's the only holotape left in my inventory...
Did you find any solution for this? Having the same problem atm.

Will try that, thanks!
