Patch to add True Storms weather and Ghoul Horde in rad storms into NacX weather system.
Fixed in 1.01
Climate not sticking.
Requires:
NacX and both the FH and NW patch.
True Storms 1.4 Commonwealth Edition and FH and NW patch.

Compatibility Patch
Occasionally the first ride in the vertibird can cause all audio to mute. There is a fix.
Make sure the weather is clear.
Use a vertibird grenade to get a ride to Starlight Diner
Before you land use the console and enter the command
forceweather 1ca7e4
That should fix the sound issue. If I can find what is happening in true storms to cause it i'll upload a bug fix.
I removed the true storms weather controller in favor of NacX config menu for climates and weathers. All of the options in NacX work with the TS weathers.
