About this mod

Repairs Greenhouse, removes permanent trash, junk, plants, etc.. Buildable Planters and Tables. Precombines/Previs rebuilt. ESL Flagged

What does this mod do:
  • Removes(disables) permanent trash piles, stain/puddle decals, cracked floor decals, empty planters/pots, vehicles, machinery and anything junky that is normally not removable.
  • Does NOT modify quest/plot objects or any normally scrapable objects, even trash!
  • Repairs the greenhouse to near like new status using in game assets and resources.
  • Workshop objects can be placed on greenhouse roof.
  • Removes the junk, trash, bus and storage containers from the nearby overpass, still part of the settlement.

Converts multiple objects to workshop buildable or scrapable in WS:
  • Greenhouse tables, both kinds
  • Robot animations inside greenhouse scrap when the table near it is scrapped or moved.
  • All light fixtures, now using workshop version, associated light effects scrap with them.
  • Water Pipe system, now scrapable, and the water effects scrap with it.
  • Converts planters to a workshop buildable version, they will place on tables if there is enough surface area to place on.
  • V1.31 - Fixed the bug where planters were not starting off being harvested or counting toward food production 

Additional performance and QOL:
  • Requires ESL Library Plugin, due to strange Vortex behavior must be DL separately.
  • Library plugin prevents duplication of objects in workshop mode.
  • Navmesh rebuilt for greenhouse, as tables were fully meshed, and redid overpass as bus, flatbed and other normally permanent junk is gone.
  • Previs/Precombines rebuilt and QC tested for collisions/visual glitches. Recommend putting mod towards bottom of load order.
  • ESL Flagged - Will not count toward max plugin cap of 255

  • All vanilla settlements are included except for Oberland Station and Boston Airport.
  • The installer will allow player to pick and choose which settlements they want. 

Mod Compatibility & SS2

  • Should work with most other mods, just make sure to load this one last.
  • This is a stand alone version, not specifically patched for SS2 or any other mod series.
  • Checked SS2 resources, I currently play with this mod using SS2 without any issues with settlement.

Load Order and Visual glitches "Breaking Previs"
  • Try to load this mod dead last, or as close to possible. 
  • Why? Because it has updated Precombine and Previs (PnP) files, for load order purposes that means it must be loaded after other mods that also change vanilla settlement objects that affect PnP, or have their own PnP files.
  • PnP in a nutshell -> “There can be only one"
  • The LOOT rules are updated about 3 different PnP mods to auto-sort against, but there are too possible other mods to potentially count, so place my mods at the very bottom.
  • One of the three mods LOOT should auto-sort for is PRP. This mod is a PnP overhaul mod, that drastically helps with stability and performance. I strongly recommend using this mod.
  • If any of the content from one of my mods is invisible, blinking in and out, or NOT showing at all there could be a conflict with the load order could be off due to PnP file conflicts.

  • PRF (Part of PRP)
  • Cheat Terminal
  • Everyone's Best Friend
  • Radio Add on
  • Raze My Settlement
  • PRP (or any Previs/Precombines package)
  • SS2* (Unofficially, Patches will be done once all settlements are completed)

Cleaner Settlement Pro-tips & Help:
  • Raze My Settlement - Auto collects the loose objects like weapons, ammo, crafting materials, etc. Removes normally scrapable, and occasionally normally NOT removable objects (when Precombines are not affected),  all automatically via holotape. Multiple options in tape including keeping trees.
  • To use the mod, run the "Raze my settlement"  holotape, select "Raze" option to auto clear the settlement.
  • Place Everywhere - in workshop mode hit insert key to make more object types selectable and scrapable! Respects Precombines!
  • Scrap Dead Things Still researching this, but its really popular!
  • Blood splatters - In workshop mode, place a floor based object over top of the blood - use something like a food dish or other object that wont carry the decal/stain with it. Pick up the object, the decal/stain should be gone.
