My 19th build is a small Institute themed player home I built during my desert overhaul playthrough. Comes with a pool.
Requires only a modest amount of mods for once!

This is my 19th settlement build (2022), for download!
I've always wanted to do a small player home. I usually build big settlements with a crazy amount of mods. I haven't built anything Institute themed since 2019, so now here's a compact surface build for anyone looking for a simple sleek look.

Required mods that have been deleted from Nexus and moved to Bethesda.net or elsewhere:
INSTALLATION:
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.
Drop the downloaded file into the Data folder. This blueprint uses slot 19. If you already have a blueprint there, back it up! Or put the Json file in a different slot of your choosing.

- an armor crafting station
- a weapons crafting station
- a power armor crafting station
- a working pool
- a scavenging station (for a possible settler/companion)
- a decontamination arch
There is:
- 0 food
- 35 water
- 40 power
- 210 defense
- 1 bed
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- I built this house using Desperados Overhaul, so I'm not sure if there are any trees or bushes in the vanilla landscape that might clip.
- I use an outdated version of Dead Wasteland. The esp name has to be manually changed with FO4Edit, I'm afraid. I'm aware that this will then cause issues with things built with the newer esp in people's savefiles. Nothign I cna do about that without deleting everything that *I* have built. :/
