Lose XP when you use helpful Chems, MCM menu to configure.

It's amazing how fast you can level in this game, even if you want it to be hard. And if you make the stimpaks rare, they still somehow end up piling up in your inventory like ants on cake. This mod aims to fix that. MCM configuration to setup which chems remove xp, and what percentage of your current level they remove. Note: This will never reduce your XP below the threshold for the current level to prevent bugs.
I particularly Recommend using my other mod The Druggies Best Friend as with these two combined, you can mass inject drugs, but have to pay for it with XP as a more realistic use of op chems.
This is not compatible with anything mods vanilla chems.
