1.6 fixes a few bugs & adds the outer (shell) walls & roofs. Primarily meant to add an "outside" to your vault(s). These can be used as inner walls like all others too, but there are no fitting ceilings or floors. I might add low & top parts later.
Some people have asked if I could turn it into an .ESL, even claiming they did so successfully. There are however a bunch of issues which make me say: No.
- Although the form ID count is currently still below 2048 (the max. for an ESL), this will not remain true in the future. - Creation Kit already refused to do so several versions ago, stating it is to big. (I think it is unwise to just ignore that) - Updating an ESP with an ESL destroys anything you've build, as all ID's change. It might corrupt your save. - Although ESL's don't count towards the mod limit, you can't set the load order either. - CK regards it as a master and editing it becomes 'problematic'. I do not want to do the conversion each and every time. (testing & updates)
So, grab yourself xEdit and set the ESL flag if you feel like it, but I will not.
I'm watching the progress of this mod closely, and can't wait for the finished product.
I, however, wanted to echo a request, if possible, to make the Wastewater Treatment a separate mod (that can be ESL/ESP-ESL). I currently use Vault-Tec's AROD Water Purifier by GlassRebar, which is fantastic, but for some settlements that have the space to build this over water (especially with All Settlements Extended), your build would look completely AMAZING.
I have a vision of a brick building (Control) built with Snappy HouseKit connected to your Wastewater Treatment parts at several settlements. I think it would look AMAZING!

Not specifically, but some of the pieces I see there are on my list. Very low priority though as they exist already. I like to see my mod as well as other like it as 'complimentary', why waste time on doing the exact same thing and 'compete', when there could be so much more if we all do something different.

Hi, very cool mod Question: 81 vault have a passage to the a scientist area and it is blocked by a wall, is there a possibility to add such a hidden passage?
How do the basins work? I've placed them in a settlement, placed the water in them, and powered them, but I can't seem to get water out of them. Also, the catwalk set is incredibly difficult to snap together correctly. Especially with the rails. Otherwise, I've really enjoyed this mod so far! Thank you!
the weird part is that they're not doing that. that's what my comment is about every other piece of the wastewater treatment set seems to work well, though
I can confirm the wastewater ponds are now producing the correct amount of water in the latest update! they appear to be doing so regardless of if the basins are powered, though, which is a tad strange, but by far a welcome improvement over them not working at all lol
Version 1.5 is up. I finished on my Utility Halls pieces, the main set at least. These will make building tunnels with the more detailed util pieces a lot easier. Still got a few more variants in mind and the bend versions of course, but that's for another day ;) Both Domestic and Utility.

Had to take a look to see what you ment. Been a while since i looked at other vaults. But yeah, should be possible. eventually. Just finished my first V33/V111 door, almost done with my wastewater treatment (6 pcs + 2x water to go with 2 basins). My bend DMSTC halls still need roofs 8 pcs. 5x 1 tile, 3x 2 tiles wide), my elevator needs UV adjustments, collisions and way to make it all function. (lots of work there)
and inbetween create new collisions for util pcs.
...so, i like the idea, but implementation will take a while.
