A reduxed version of D.E.C.A.Y., that strips the mod down to just the new textures and ghoul variants

Thumblesteen's D.E.C.A.Y. brings a ton of visual awesome to ghouls. Unfortunatly, it also brings a ton of unnessary items and recipes, as well as a few bugs.
This is a replacer for the esp, that strips out all the unnessary stuff the mod adds, and leaves you with just the asthetic changes. Requires the original mod for the textures.
It also remove the radiation spell cloak, which is incompatible with SS2.
And lastly, it ships with a fix for the compressed sound file problem in the original mod.
