FYI, worth it to go through the pains of improving LODs in the game if you love this Flat (or otherwise): https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/61884. You'll see a notable boost in realism through the windows after applying the recommended changes.
I don't think vanilla workshop offers this type of fusebox for crafting, so it's gone. There's this mod that adds it if you prefer to add a fusebox instead of a generator.
So far no problem at all, and this mod is just splendid! Small but with enough space for everything, and located on the center of the map, plus the magnificent view outside the window...Perfect.
The flat is awesome but could you add the ability to fast travel FROM it? I can go in with the map but once inside I get the "you can't fast travel from this location" message. Other than that this flat is becoming my new base of operation ingame.
Sorry I'll be away from my PC for a while. You can open the esp in xedit, go to Cell>FenwayFlat and on the right you should see Data Flags. Double click on it and uncheck "can't travel from here" or something like that. Save the esp and you should be able to fast travel from there.
You can find the patch in the optional files. And as it turns out my instructions had an error. For some reason, the "can't travel from here flag" is reversed in xedit, and has to be checked in order for fast travel to work.
This place is perfect it's small and fun to decorate with a great view (for now until a certain ending) as well as being nearby to Hangman's Alley and Diamond City and works perfectly for my Nora who i've currently roleplaying as having lived here before meeting Nate.
I've uploaded photos of it heavily decorated and honestly it's far nicer than the last few homes i've lived in IRL :D
I have been searching for a small office type of home and found this little gem.
It was a pleasure decorating the flat, I really wish that the windows in the main room aren't framed so I can see the whole CIT and Corvega Assembly Plant without any obstruction(s).
Anyway, thanks for the mod. Downloaded and endorsed.
