Adds an improved Jetpack to all available power armor models.

ADDED OPTIONAL FILE FOR USE WITH CUSTOM MODDED AND STORE BOUGHT POWER ARMORS. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS OPTIONAL FILE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL JETPACK DESCRIBED BELOW AND USES THE BASE GAME'S JETPACK MOD FOR POWER ARMOR INSTEAD SO DON'T FREAK OUT IF YOU DON'T SEE TWO JETPACK OPTIONS.
This mod has been stripped from my no-longer-supported armor mod so that I can present it as a standalone feature.
Adjusted the original jetpack crafting requirements from 4/4 Armorer/Science to 2/2 while the PEC Jetpack upgrade requires 4/4.
Note: There is an animation bug when flying for longer than the standard jetpack duration when in first person. This is a hardcoded issue that I can't do anything about. Just note that this is a normal limitation and not an issue with the mod itself.
