This mod turns Lexington into a working Settlement which I created for my own enjoyment but I thought that maybe someone else would love to have something like this too.
The building area is huge, you can even build on the destroyed highways. It spans from the intersection(north-south), when you first arrive at Lexington, down to the highway. From the bus station(west-east) up to the road outside of Lexington.
Version 2:
- Version 2 has been built up from scratch, the previous Settler bug has been fixed.
- The workshop has been moved to the Hardware Store, which makes more sense rather than before where it was next to an apartment complex.
- Over 2000 Objects are marked for scrapping; Players can scrap all the trash with the empty wooden chest next to the workshop(keeps Precombines intact).
- Precombines have been generated and the mod got cleaned up via FO4Edit.
- Existing workbenches are now connected to the Lexington Hub workshop.
- Corvega Assembly Plant is mostly untouched by me, only some minor trash cleaning
- When you are arriving for the first time in Lexington, let it load the cells and objects - this may take a while(meanwhile you can kill the enemies roaming the area)!
- If you want to scrap all the trash in Lexington, select the empty wooden chest next to the workshop and move around town for a bit to make sure that it registers every object. Once you think it registered everything press scrap whilst you are holding it.
- Should you notice any object that wasn't scrapped or want to remove a different one, please open the console and use "enable" and "disable" commands!
Regarding V1 or V1.1:
Please don't use them anymore, Scrap Everything breaks Precombines. The previous versions had a bug where you couldn't recruit or assign settlers. They will remain on the mod page but they are more likely fitted for "How not to create a working mod".
Incompabilities:
- The Overwatch from greekrage (Lexington Hub adds custom Precombines to that area)
