Small 4 Man outpost in the Neon Flats Top Floor. Self sufficient, single stage.

A small plan for Shroud Manor.
Requires Neon Flats and Neon Flats Top Floor Full Settlement mod. Supports 4 Settlers. Self Sufficient. It's not much, but at least it's something.
This plan is for the Top floor. There is no plan for the middle floor nor is it possible to make a plan for one there.
Contains:
- 1x Defense Plot
- 1x IDEK internal (IDEK)
- 2x bunk bed plots. (Bare Essentials)
- 1x Clinic Plot
