Jamaica Plain Forward Operating Base
A large and heavily fortified Minutemen base in the Jamaica Plain build zone. This settlement goes beyond the default boundaries of JP taking up the entire area between the pond and the church. This build has around 3000 pieces so it'll need some extra time to settle once the import is finished.
Scrapping:
Highly recommended that you download Scrap Everything and Jamaica Plains Expansion v3(linked below) so you can clean up the entirety of the build area. Scrap Everything is required to remove a retention wall going through the bar as well as an annoying cluster of trees in the western gateway. You'll also want to scrap every vehicle, including the bus, in order to free up some space.
I suggest importing the base first and then just scrapping anything that seems out of place afterwards. I imported on a new game and was able to scrap anything in the way without having to move or lose any build pieces.
