Starlight Exchange is a settlement blueprint that is completely vanilla and only requires the DLC.  No custom content has been added.  Just a large money-making settlement that spans the entire build space of Starlight Drive-In.  The main purpose of this blueprint is to give the player a developed town with a big market.  A place where you can sell all of your salvage in one stop and pick up thousands of caps at a time from the workbench.

Any questions or comments, please feel free to post!

LORE:

Since the resurgence of the Minutemen under the new General, the once meager and ragtag militia has become a regional power with significant technological capability.  However, the costs of maintaining this growing force are staggering.

Fortunately, after only a few short years, the small trading post at Starlight Drive-In has transformed into a bustling commerce center.  Home to the largest marketplace outside of Diamond City, Starlight Exchange is now a major destination for traders and scavvers as well as families headed northwest to Sanctuary City.

With its strong walls and many businesses, this town has emerged as a place of refuge and prosperity for the people of the Commonwealth and serves as the economic heart of the Minutemen faction.
