Just a simple little build for people who like thins small
There are 2 important step before you import this blue print
1 Install Clean and Simple Sunshine Tidings by https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26805 as it s what i used to clean up the area plus it repairs all of the buildinge
2 scrap the empty warehouse where the 2 gouls are as that is where i put the bath house
3 you need transfer settlements lol
