My settlement takes place at Drumlin's Diner. It is a good optional player settlement and the place has access to trudy and Wolfgang in the area (if they are alive). The folder for this file is Folder 13.

My settlement contains cars since it's a place where pre-war Americans parked their cars. It has one bed for the player or the intentional settler you might want here, a refrigerator, a generator with a power of 60, food crates and a Radar and Robot Defence. I am proud to say that i was capable of filling this place with the decor it truly is to be. Out of all the cars there are only one car is truly drivable. So good luck finding out which one of it is.
