Well this is my first settlement Blueprint. I am new at making and will probably not be making too often if ever. Am also focusing my moment on putting some tunes in the near future. So look forward to that.
Unquestionably Download this, is especially essential for this blue print to work and if you're having difficulties here is the URL https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/35431

My Blueprint for this settlement requires mods and a few vanilla items. The Folder that would appear is in number #12.
Go to the folder where your transfer settlement mod is installed. Find the F4SE folder. F4SE->plugins->transfer settlements->blueprints. That is where the blueprints should be. Simply download this file if manually, open the zip, and drag folder 12 into the blueprints folder.
Additional Mods you could add if you want it to look like mine are the Ham Radio Settlement Beacon, Carry-Your-Stuff Robots, Prewar Settlements, Better Sleep and Wait Menu, Empty Ocean World Player Settlement, Secret Basement Stash, Entrance to QASmoke and UNLOCKED QUEST BUILD ITEMS.
