Don't you find it frustrating that most female presets are not quite wasteland-ready nor immersive enough? The game makes you leader of the raiders, general of the minutemen, chief of the institute, how you do it is up to you. 
But it didn't really seem plausible for a feminine, skinny, shabby housewife, with perfect curls, and wedding-grade make-up to be any of those things. So i decided to solve that problem.
So i created the Queen of the Wasteland. This is how i imagined the female character strong enough to lead the raiders or the Minutemen would look like.

She's strong, she's hot and she's deadly.


Down here you can find the hard requirements that are a must in order for this to work, and softer ones that are required if you want to get the look in the screenshots.

INSTALLATION:

You can install this in 2 simple ways:

1 - Use FaceRipper and simply download the Savegame from the Files section and replace the face in your own savegame without any headaches.

2 - Download through Vortex/NNM, or simply drop the contents of the Data folder in your own

NOTES

The tattos used ar placed on body overlays in LooksMenu, see the mod above at requirements. Nails are HN66 Black almond but i also have Looksmenu Nail salon underneath, since HN66 don't work with gloves. You can see the overlays here:


The face uses Radiation Dust Grime overlay and Left eye scar from damages, plus one from Appealing Moles. They are all optional and can be turned off, same goes for makeup. You can customize her how you like best.

I am using my own CBBE body preset, which i will upload later. I'm using IceStorm's poses for most shots.
If the presets menu item is grayed out, this means that the LooksMenu mod is not in sync with your game version and/or the F4SE version. Please make sure you have the latest versions of each.
It may not looks identical for you since i am using my own ENB presets and shaders, tweaked for my own liking, the colors, sharpness, etc may affect the overall look.
