NEW DESCRIPTION:

The Seventy-Six Calamity is nigh!
A fully remade and reimaging version of all my previous mods;
The comprehensive merge and tweaking of Calamity Weathers Vibrant and Seventy-Six, with even more features added. Aiming for realistic sharp next-gen graphics for all weathers, DLCs and Interiors - with no enb needed, using Calamity as framework, it is stable, light-weight and no fps performance loss.

It is more an alternative to the other Vibrant Tweaks file than a direct successor,
- the older version still perfectly fine if so prefers.
Safe to switch around mid-playthrough between this, Vibrant and Original.
I will recommend this version; The Seventy-Six Calamity.

What it does:
- A total visual overhaul
Edits almost all weather-related, interior, visual record settings,
having taken inspiration from both Calamity Weathers and Seventy-Six Weathers,
and others like Clarity and Polluted Climate and more,
with many further applied tweaks,
for a total visual remake,
aiming for a realistic next-gen style.

Installation:
Install Calamity Weathers - Main.ba2
Install Fallout 4 Enhanced Color Correction, Gloomy preferably
Install The Seventy-Six Calamity .esp and folders
Optionally, follow Readme.txt for better volumetric god rays, HBAO+ and TAA tweaks
Play

Differences to Calamity Weathers and Vibrant Tweaks:

A vastly different thematic design style based on more varied approach to LUTs;
tl;dr tries hard to combine all three mods into one, with much more.

Technical talk if want to know more about the choice of LUTs etc:
Spoiler:
Show

Uses vanilla varied LUTs (color image-spaces) over Calamity's approach of an exact same LUT for every weather and time. This approach results in increased visual variety, and avoids tonemapping issues so less black- and white-crush, and better handles stuff like water, white surfaces, blood, metallic surfaces. But this meant most other weather changes should be changed heavily,
- so using inspiration from Seventy-Six vibrant ambient approach and combined it with Calamity sharper lighting,
together with the gloomy desaturated LUTs from Enhanced Color Correction,
it appears to have created a satisfying weather and total visual overhaul.
For Interiors there have been applied Polluted Climates Interior LUT with various other changes,
for consistency with the exteriors.
- It still requires the Calamity main.ba2 for various asset usage, just much easier that way

- So this will look very different from regular Calamity or Vibrant Tweaks,
- and also vastly different from Seventy-Six Weathers,
and more like a realistic visual overhaul with a slight sprinkle of Atom's fantasy.

Other big changes:
 - many other various tweaks for a more comprehensive visual overhaul,
many new compared to older Vibrant Tweaks version also

examples of other changes:

better climate percentages,
DLC weather in Commonwealth,
disabled eye-adaptation,
pip-boy flashlight with shadow,
improved subsurface-scattering,
direct skin tweaks,
rustier cars,
darker shadow contrast,
glowing sea fireflies,
duller puddles,
few more weathers,
far-distance clarity,
near-fog-zero tweaks,
darker nights,
clearer water,
and much more good tweaks

- All done through simple direct record changes, so should have zero fps performance loss.
- Fully compatible with likely most other mods.
but do not load other weather overhauls together with this, such as Vivid, Seventy-Six, Clarity, NAC, Polluted etc.

No ENB:
Designed to work without any ENB and all screenshots taken without,
but it is likely compatible with most ENB.

Permission from Lertkrush (Seventy-Six Weathers) and omega2008 (Calamity Weathers) and Mandragorasprouts (Polluted Climate). Big thanks to them, would not be possible without any of their work. Big thanks to MikMet for beta-testing.

OLD DESCRIPTION BELOW:

Spoiler:
Show

The best weather mod might just be Calamity Weathers. Looks great even without an ENB, and has zero performance hit. Even has new sounds for ambiance and thunder, and new weather types. Everything looks much sharper, and more realistic.
It has what I felt were a few faults though, which I believe my tweak-patch can remedy.

Have gone over pretty much every value in the original mod to improve it and make it as realistic as possible. Tweaks things such as slightly more saturation, better lower sky, different clouds, fogsettings, more godrays, different weather-effects, improved distances, more sunlight and ambiance, slightly brighter nights and radstorms. Also adds more weather-types from the DLC to the Commonwealth. Also includes brand new weather types, with slight chance to appear.

Safe to install mid-playthrough, and also remove mid-playthrough.
All screenshots are taken without any ENB or sweetfx.

Has gotten full permission from original author. The new LUT are open-permission to use.

Compatibility:
Probably compatible with most mods, including optional Winter patch.
Has a patch for Reverb Ambience Overhaul
Not compatible with other weather mods, like True Storm.
Load as low as possible is best.

Installation:
For v3.0 and earlier;
Install the file "Calamity Weathers - 1.20 (Main File)", and then overwrite with my esp - it requires his .ba2 file.
This esp already contains the two DLC patches and Interior, so do not download those.

Recommended extra:
I use Ultra Interior Lighting together, fully compatible. Load this mod below.
Good grass, tree, landscape mod for Calamity Vibrant Tweaks is my texture of A Forest at Summers End.
Also recommend downloading Fallout 4 Enhanced Color Correction the Gloomy Edition, in case any new interiors slip past

RECOMMENDED TWEAK:

NVHBAO-tweak
Calamity kind of requires HBAO to look proper.
For much improved HBAO (and even gains 1-5 fps more than vanilla HBAO), use these settings in Fallout4Prefs.ini and enable SAO also.
