I find fallout 4 overly vibrant and colorful for post apocalyptic world, climate must be harsh and unforgiving , so I tweaked weathers a bit. Nothing too fancy, it's just subtle visual overhaul to give fo4 same desolate look that older fallout games had.
Absolutely required, **You will need the main file, as well as the "Tweaked interior color and light" file. Remember to PLEASE pay attention to the load order I have provided in the description to have the ENB appear as intended in game.

In polluted climate colors are less saturated, increased chance dusty and foggy weather, radiation storms are more frequent now. Be careful, dusty and rainy radiation storms deal higher radiation damage then other ones.
Also available optional esp for interior cells, tweaked lights and colors, removed bloom and fake lights, makes interiors less saturated and bit darker . Note: interior plugin is not compatible with any mod that edits interior imagespaces (like LEFX or Fr4nsson's lights tweaks)
Compatibility: Not compatible with other weather mods (obviously). Not fully compatible with mods that change exterior lighting (interior light tweak mods are ok). Not compatible with Darker nights.
