I was tired of looking to those wrecked buildings, so I decided on building this home/HQ for my character and the Minuteman.
In this blueprint, I only built the essentials for 25 settlers (5 Minuteman and 20 settlers) keeping allot of room for your own creativity.
Installation:
-Extract this to somewhere outside the game's folder (ex.: desktop),
-Rename the last folder if you already have a BP at nr.6,
if not, just extract this to your game's main folder or use Vortex.
Building the settlement:
-Use the command "scrapall" in the console with Scrap Everything mod installed to remove everything at the place
and just run the holotape.
Note:
-As the advice at the end of the transfer, don't delete, build, assign anything right away.
Save, fast-travel to as far as possible and wait or do some quests.
-In this BP, I'm using the Nexus version of Modular Kitchens, which can now only be found here
