It's no longer just a dull mutfruit joint, it's a proper nursery and the perfect place for romance.
I never knew Gray Garden was this big, so I had a lot of fun with it.

It consists out of a MASSIVE nursery with almost every plant in the game.
As like all my other settlements, settlers do research in the nursery and can be assigned to some of the things.
There's a chem station and a surgery chair. (In the form of a wheel chair)
The "Backyard" of Gray Garden is super romantic, there's a pond, a place to overlook the commonwealth, a picnic spot and a Romantic Cabin.
I also created a fence around it, wouldn't want anyone to interrupt your date.
There's a bar next to the nursery and a place to fix your power armor near the workshop.
The main house is decorated nicely with enough beds for 16 people. (Don't worry, it doesn't look like a barracks.)
Waaaaaaay up in the highway I have made a bunker where you can have a weapon trader, there's also a weapons workbench and a place to target practice.
Next to the bunker we have a little house where the settlers that work on the highway can live.
