A yellow/orange coloured enb preset...based on SUGAR BLOOM ENB

[Welcome to Desire Enb]
I designed this based on Sugar Bloom 11.7 with permisssion from OhDeerSKR and with l00ping's dof file from the Enhancer enb. I also created a custom reshade that I think compliments the game nicely. It makes many colours pop out of the wasteland as well as give the overall feel an almost fantasy like feeling, whilst also (at least in my opinion), giving me a sense of unease with the amount of bloom that I have.
[Requirements]
The base game of Fallout 4 should work fine. It's just a reshade and enb for the game.
[Update 2.0]
This update should theoretically fix the bloom issues with lights that lots of people were experiencing. I also took the liberty of toning down the bloom and updating the enb to the new .428 binaries for Fallout 4. Please tell me if there are any new issues with the enb and reshade. I messed with settings and found that performance is about 60 outside for me, and 80-90 inside.
[Installation]
Step 1. Download the latest enb series binary files here
Step 2. Copy and paste the files, "d3dll.dll" and the "d3dcompiler_46e.dll" to the main fallout 4 directory, where both fallout4.exe and fallout4launcher.exe are located
Step 3. Download Reshade from here
Step 4. Run the installer, find fallout4.exe, and click on dx11/10. Make sure all reshade fx files are checked and click ok. It should theoretically be installed correctly now.
Step 5. Download my enb/reshade files.
Step 6. Copy my files to the Fallout 4 directory
Step 7. Once in game, open reshade, click the drop down menu, and click on "Desire_Reshade.ini"
Step 8. Enjoy the new visuals
[INI Settings Changes]
I personally changed a few settings to get even better performance and it doesn't change the look of the game much. Imaxdesired-500 (this is particles)
Ipresentinterval=0 (for vsync sorta, and that helped increase my max fps, but not a full uncap like enb series)
[Warnings and schtuff]
1.BE WARY, I HAVE AN RTX 2080 SUPER SO IF YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY WHEN USING THIS ENB. But I usually get around 70 to 90 fps, unless in downtown boston.
2.Please stay away from enb lights, as it messes with the bloom and lights in game will have an ackward looking circle of colour around them when you have bloom enabled. I wouldn't recommend.
3.If you have any issues with this enb, like making it run or if you are having glitches, hit me up and I'll try to help to the best of my abilities.
