I've started using this presets for my millionth time playthrough, this time using deadpool0600's idea about a character that uses various presets while time goes by.
Great for playing with Journal of the Sole Survivor - Personal Journal.

6. Peak Healthy, Peak Healthy Alt 1 and Peak Healthy Alt 2

You can easily change presets opening console and typing "slm 14", from there choose the presets from the lookmenu menu.
Note: You can add dirt or grime to the preset number 2, for more immersive appearance. Alternative V2 maintain vanilla haircuts.
