About this mod

Fully functional with emergency lights system to go with siren, 30+ beds, and all trading stands/bars are present in their respective houses. Makes a great first time sanctuary hills settlement?

So this is my first attempt, if you encounter any problems, please let me know and I'll get to fixing it and releasing another update (If anyone actually wants one).
I spent some time on it so I thought I'd upload it. I've left room for you to play around with in a few of the houses, and left 3 completely vanilla as I'd deleted the house using a scrap everything mod anyway (That shouldn't happen for you as I only exported player created items)


As you read above, I only exported player created items so you may need to install scrap everything or a mod similar, If you wish not to thats fine, anything you want to delete can be deleted using the command "Disable" (Click what you need deleting and then type disable when in command menu)

FEATURES:
  • Emergency lighting system (When the siren gets pulled, flashing red lights and red strobe lights will activate in the exterior and interior of most houses)

  • Every craft shop built in (There's a clinic store which is in the reception of the clinic house, the home also consists of 2 surgery rooms decorated accordingly)
^There are also med and chem kits in each room, accordingly packed with things you'd find in a decent established clinic
>The generic trade counter is placed with the clothing counter in one house
>The amour and weapons are in one house together
>There is a pub, which has a restaurant and a normal bar, Mama Murphey's chair is also there among a sofa and chair layout and a fire barrel for added cosy affect, This is in the vault dwellers pre-war house, There are also beds inside. 

  • Defenses both modded and vanilla, just in case you wish not to install the protection mod, I've included vanilla turrets throughout 

  • A dedicated power house (The house consists of a cosy area for a guard, and two fusion generators which produce 100 electricity each)

  • 30 Beds

  • At LEAST 30 food depending on how many settlers you have assigned to farming (If you install the mod I've listed you'll be able to assign a bot to do that for you)

  • Working Street lights replacing the one that were broken before

  • A makeshift guard tower to watch over the bridge. 

  • An industrial water purifier which will produce 60 water. (I believe this might require a mod to get)

I'm not sure how much of this will show in Vanilla, Not all the mods are mandatory, the mod adding the police protections I know is one of the mods that wouldn't be required to have this blueprint operational. I will be spending more time working on this settlement so I'll hopefully be able to release a better version of this in the future. Please appreciate the lighting system, it may seem simple but damn that took me so long to get working properly. 

As specified before, This is my first upload on Fallout  4 so I apologize if there are any issues, I've nuked and reloaded using this exact same export and it worked fine for me, so hopefully there wont be any issues.
