Just in case you didn't already know, I've left a breif tutorial on how to install:

1) Download my file, the folder named "3" You can change it to any number you wish as long as its between 1 and 30

2) Drag the folder named 3 (Or if you changed its number whichever number you changed it to) into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints

The location of the transfer settlements/blueprints folder can vary depending on you but this is its usual place, otherwise just locate your
fallout 4 game folder, go to data/F4SE/Plugins/Transfersettlements/blueprints.

3) Once you've done that, using transfer settlements in game, goto misc, scroll to the bottom and you'll find the transfer settlements holotape,
select it and select import a settlement or blueprint whichever it says, and then it should list numbers, whichever you put my folder in, whether
you kept it as 3 or changed it, select it. (You don't have to nuke your own settlement first, watch the video, and decide for yourself to see
if nuking your settlement would be a useful thing to do)

4) wait for the settlement to import, I'd fast travel somewhere far, and then go back to make sure everythings properly working.

NOTE: The list of mods required are listed on the nexus mod site, Some of them are needed for certain thing, to be honest, it really depends on you
if you want to keep it vanilla that should mostly work, there are just a few things that wont import such as the emergency lighting system, the radar
some of the decorations and the fusion generators etc, the generators can be replaced with vannila ones though. Personally, I'd install the recommended
mods at least, Works better with them all though.
