Fr4nsson's Light Tweaks --- Yes This mod only changes image space settings. Load order will not matter.
South of the Sea --- Yes Load order for this mod should not matter.
Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch --- Yes The several conflicts in FO4Edit are inconsequential and nothing to worry about.
For performance reasons this mod in many instances use triggers to turn shadows off at a distance. It's very difficult to get before and after shots because if you disable this mod the shadow cast light will remain on until you leave the trigger area, after which it will revert to normal. Given that the game has very little in terms of shadow lights in the exterior world, just use your imagination.
White screen glitch help. Game is fine again after disabled your mods so this is 100% positive. Happens in Cambridge area, just looking randomly anywhere will cause this
Problem is on your end. I usually try to and, in most cases, fix issues I have with any mods before relating to blaming the mod in question. Most people who mod their games know they have to do this.
PRP v74.x have dropped the patch for Ultra Exterior/Interior mods and instead encourage mod authors to create them. Is that something you might consider?
