Welcome to Sanctuary Hills: A town with a better economy than Diamond City, and twice the cool stuff. Or maybe not, I didn't count. This Sanctuary build is divided into districts with a market district, a residential district, a hospital/clinic, and a big workshop with every bench you could need. This features a player home and museum in the market district and a vibrant patio bar.
Instructions: For import to work, make sure you select nuke settlement, including the default objects. Import everything including marker based objects. Marker based objects must also be nuked. Otherwise download regularly and follow all the transfer settlements instructions.
--Notes:
You do need Unlocked Settlement Objects from Bethesda.net AND Homemaker. Sorry, i got into a habit of using unlocked settlement objects on xbox before moving to pc :(
There are no settlers because i tested the transfer settlements into a new world
The import shouldn't take more than 20-25 minutes, faster for stronger PCs of course( latest update should take about 15 minutes to import)
