I was wondering if this has stopped working due to the Next Gen upgrade. I cannot get it to work any longer. It will not take either keys or passwords.
Yeah that POS broke nearly everything. Most of the good mods like this don't work anymore. And nobody is ever going to update them. Have to wait until Ai can do it. Could be years.
Hey I’ve been trying to get your mod to work on Xbox but I have no button that is different from the normal open button so I only have access to the normal trade interface and I have yet to get a button that works nor have you said anything about it, please help if you can
Is this the bug with place anywhere installed? You need to go into place anywhere and turn the optional option off - it adds the ability to interact and change objects in the world
Hi Hamitho, great mod - hope you are still in the scene. The passwords and keys storage work great -- the holotapes, not so much... I saw some other comments about the physics. Understandably difficult.
To that end - would you be willing to make an optional file that doesn't have the holotape storage bin? -- or a file for each?

When I click on the Key Locker and my item list comes up, none of my keys are displayed, and I can't transfer anything. I see all my keys if I'm just looking at my Miscellaneous tab normally.
You should get a special activation option when looking at the Key Locker, see screenshots attached to this mod as example. Keys cannot be transfered via transfer menu.
My guess: Binford 6100 Inventory Organizer (XBOX Version) Changes the objects of keys and passwords, so probably overriding the keywords I added. Try to move Store Your Keys below that and give it another try.
One thing I'd like is a container that attaches to the wall, especially an alternate for the password cabinet, which seems rather bulky, and unlike the other 2 containers, can't be placed under an armor/weapons workbench, which would save space.
Any way you'd consider making this Robco Patched so mod-added keys all get the darn keyword, cuz holy crap mods give a lot of keys. I downloaded this just for mod-added keys, but oooooooof now I realize Ima have to open up like 300 esps and add the keyword from this mod and add this as a master to...all of them...daaaaaam... or I'll prolly just copy all the keys as override into a new esp and name it Keypatch.esp and add all of them as masters, that'll be way easier. The formID mapping will prolly be insane otherwise. Edit: Okay nvm there's no way to patch this mod with any mod. I give up omfg
I do like the various Item Sorters, but that would indeed be another thing I'd have to patch and patch and patch. I never play these games without nearly 2000 mods installed, and oooof, it's bad enough that I gotta patch all those mods together in a wide range of cases. The sorter mods are another bunch of patch giants.
O wowww...why'd you have to show me this!? That's just too awesome... Omg, this is like seeing XTI? Or extended dialogue interface? But just like that, I'm so scared it'll be incompatible with of these mods and do something crazy! lol.
There currently isn't a way to add Robco patches to KEY items, sadly. I would have made it myself.
There's also 4 keywords to add, and unless you can use part of the name or EditorID as a filter, the only result is all 4 keywords added to all the keys/passwords/combinations all at the same time.
As for Complex sorters (sorters that use scripts to create patches for you), might be able to create a plugin for M8r98a4f2's Complex Item Sorter, so it can add the keywords based on the name.
O wow that is geeeeenius. I am going read that desc and look into that. That sounds hella useful for all the wild editing I do. And yee that makes total sense lol that you and maybe even others would have already done Robco patches for keys. Daaaaam, I guess it's only a matter of time tho? And hmmm, what about SPID? I might look into using SPID for it as well. And I can't believe I missed the 4 keywords thingy! I looked in the esp and I was so sure it was only adding two keywords to the rings in its formlist. Darn it, Ima have to be more perceptive with xEdit.
