This mod took me 3 days to build cause due to real life issues I had to deal with is the reason it took to long anyways back to the mod.

This mod has 3 story's to it and it is a big build well the first floor has its security office next to that office has its armory section right next door it has all the work benches needed to do what ever you like with your armor or weapons and so forth it has plenty of power armor set ups to tweak your power armor or to store them which ever you prefer still on the first floor right next to the armory is the mess hall with all the thing you need to cook or to sit and what not across from the security office and armory on the first floor is the two story medical bay area that where you will find your chem station at or to rest your wounded or so forth.

Second floor has your PT room where you can do your weight lifting and so forth next to that is your rec room with all the goodies you want to store and use to chill with your companions or who ever in your settlement.

Third floor is your barracks to house your settlers it comes with tons of storage next to the barracks area is the latrine where you can take a duce or a leak which ever you prefer and it has sinks to wash your hands as well lol.

P.S. I used the transfer settlements mod and it copied what it could I don't know if it took anything off but I hope everything is there in its place if its not there will be pics of what it has on the outside and inside.


I hope you all enjoy this mod I hope that this military base settlement be part of sim settlements some day.
