It adds extra effects to CC Overseer Pip-Boy paint as a separate craftable mod to armor workbench. CC Overseer Pip-Boy Paint required.

To give this paint job usefulness beyond showing who the boss is to your settlers, I've added a few extra features. It'll give you +1 PER and + 1 CHR because as an Overseer, you'll need to be observant and charismatic. Also, It will make the effects from chems last 20% longer. The added paint is called Overseer Veneer Paint SE (Special Edition, lol), and available at armor workbench.
