This mod adds "Institute Paint ST" with "Chameleon" legendary effect + Intelligence boost. CC Institute Pip-Boy Paint required.

So, you are like, "Yaaay, I got the Creation Club Institute Pip-Boy paint!! Look at this thing, it's all white and red and.... Wait a minute, that's all??"
How about we make this thing do a little more? I've added a separate paint job item for Pip-Boy to armor workbench called Institute Paint ST with "Chameleon" legendary effect and Intelligence +2 boost, so that you can disappear and be smart like the Institute people.
