I actually don't want to spend more time on this one because I'm working on a pretty time consuming project at the moment. I hope you'd understand. :-)
Again another perfect mod! could you do the same for the Nuka Cola Brands? That increase luck and charisma, but also increase Cap and Nuka finding chances? like having the perk but better. Much better odds for the Quantum version but it should require late perks
I don't have those CC pipboy themes, unfortunately (I got the institute and overseer for free during a promotion). This mod I did is actually very simple to do, however, and it would make a very good first modding project for any beginners using Creation Kit. Creation Kit covers a lot of things, so it maybe intimidating to get into at first, but once you understand how things are organized, adding this kind of effects to a weapon/armor/pipboy is very easy. Creation Kit is free from bethesda.net.
If you are interested, have a look at my .esp file in Creation Kit on your end - I can tell you exactly what I did, so that you can follow and make your own mod. If you go to YouTube, there are many tutorial videos there, too ("Object Mod/OMOD" is the subject you need to look into). I and many others hang out in the modding section of forum to help each other, also. :-)
