About this mod

If you've always wanted to make Diamond City bigger and more populated, here is the mod to do it. This mod turns DC into a fully functioning settlement with recruitment, supply lines, settler transfer and of course complete Sim Settlements compatibility.

DIAMOND CITY SETTLEMENT - INCLUDING THE STANDS

If you've always wanted to make Diamond City bigger and more populated, here is the mod to do it. This mod turns DC into a fully functioning settlement with recruitment, supply lines, settler transfer and of course complete Sim Settlements compatibility.
And to top it off, you also have FULL ACCESS TO THE STANDS to give you a massively increased build area! All the stand areas are pathable by settlers and followers. Plus, the max build height is ridiculous.

SOME NOTES

1. I ran through most of a full game with DC as a functioning settlement and all the quest bits inside DC work up to and including the expulsion of the Mayor.
2. After Kyle is killed by DC security his body seems to stay there and his brother just stands around. He talks though.
3. Occasionally the vendors (Arturo, Myrna etc) won't talk to you. Entering and exiting an interior space fixes this (eg Fallon's)
4. I managed to add most of the crap onto the workbench scrap list but I know I missed a few bits. Use a scrap mod.
5. Despite me only assigning the new Map Marker to the settlement init quest the other map markers may show (out of date) settlement data on the Pipboy. Not sure how to fix that.
6. Clearing rubble in the stand behind Kowalski's pond revealed an opening to the underside of the area. You can build ere and settlers will path to it. You can also get to the surreal "other Boston exterior" from here, also pathable by settlers. Mind you, it's clearly not intended for this use so save very often if you're going to stuff around out there.
7. Attacks and minutemen quests will NOT occur here, I think that's the most lore-friendly option.
8. Nothing else. It works great, check out the pics.

COMPATIBILITY with other mods

The evidence so far suggests that this mod works fine with other DC mods. No guarantees, and if you find conflicts please message me so I can update this bit of the description.

HASN'T THIS ALREADY BEEN DONE?

Probably, but this mod offers stand access and Sim Settlement compatibility, plus the build area covers the entire stadium (and more if you find the opening described above).
