Also if you encounter any weird bugs associated with my mod.
not sure i can help you with them though.

Feel free to upload any pics of your settlement on the pics tab as well!

awesome work m8 i build a small village there with several structures looks awesome.. today my first settler showed up.. and went to work on my crops right away..

one thing though.. and this might be due to the loads of other mods i have installed.. but a brahmin also showed up.. but when i try to place a brahimin feeding though it is missing from my workshop. now it keeps running arround in the settlement like a crazy ox looking for food. again this could be a thing on my end.. but in other settlements it does load..

so.. as i say to piper.. what are your thoughts?

ps the bunker hill caravan thing is also missing

i have the brahmin trough on my end, maybe its in your load order?
also im not too sure what you mean by the bunker hill caravan thing, i've not messed around too much with trade routes or caravans on my play throughs.

      This what you mean?
      http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Trade_caravan_post
It quotes "It is possible to build trade caravan posts after completing the miscellaneous quest "Prep School" for Kessler."

Also thank you for the kind words and feedback!

Yupp that is the thing i ment.. it attracts bunker hill caravans to the settlement. i use loot to handle my loadout but i am gonna leave it as is for the moment. im gonna reinstall fallout soon anyway since this was the first time i used mods in fallout more things got messed up so im gonna start again with the knowledge i have now. i have more then 200 mods installed at the moment and i am going to reduce that in my next try. but im definitely gonna use your mod again. i would like to send you some screens if you like. but since im an utter n00b at this i dunno how to exactly.

anyway thanks for your quick responce and i will let you know how it goes in my next run.

      greetz Harry

ps i managed to upload 2 screens to the users section of the screens (20170429030207_1 and 20170429030132_1)

ps2 i managed to get both the feeding through and the caravan trading post in the settlement by use of the placeatme command and the base id.. after reading up a little i learned that you shouldnt use the id that the game gives you when you click on it but the base id.. after i found those it was a singe.. yay kudos for learning to read proparly. so im all good!

your answer is in the description page:

"That means you'll need to add this line: bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 to your Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Custom.ini to be able to reach it!"

look in this file directory : /MyDocuments/MyGames/Fallout 4. then add "bBorderRegionsEnabled=0" to the general section of your fallout4Custom.ini and fallout4.ini. Minus the quotes

Good Luck! and i hope you make it there!

I truly just love the elevation changes in the terrain. Such a nice out of the way location, but still near areas of quests (if you actually do them) and not too far from the beaten path. This weekend I start another person and a new game. I certainly will be visiting this wonderful little location again. I love how your skills are growing.

Hi - location is perfect for settlement. very nice done!

Workspace keep closing when I go near water. Not cross over green but bench still close. Maybe elevation change too much for workbench.
should move work bench so closer for water

maybe green boundry is not real boundry. bench close very random near rocks at water and other side where green boundry is near other rocks by SE corner. some spots ok, some spots close workbench

After look in TFC - it seem boundry is too high. boundry may be lower. works good in hi spots no good in low spots. also if rotate boundry left, corner will be over road and other corner be over water.

Agreed, it's reallllly hard to make a custom boundary but for the most part it's as close as my current modding skills will get it :-(
btw i used a premade boundary from another settlement.
Ill see if i can get it to match my build area a little better be on the look out for another update!

since the boundry is a "visual" representation dont worry too much about it...

What matters is thesandboxthats the actual build area border .

Hello!! I saw this and thought what a wonderful spot for a building site. You left it a clean slate to work magic with

Here is something I saw you might need to change though.

The water was deleted i think when you removed rocks or trees or what was in the spot. it is just cut off.

    Congrats on your first mod

      I just downloaded 1.3
I have 2 different ideas for this location. I am excited to get started

You should do more of these as your skill increases perhaps you could fix mesh issues, caravan stops, or other unforeseen things that pop up. I completely thank you for not filling it with preset objects or living spaces. This gives the player a chance to build the location based on our vision and not be stuck with an area that does not fit into "our world" that we've forged.

... and i see V1.4 is getting uploaded. *waits for the newer-newest file*

      ... got it.. V1.4

just grab a "movable water" and duplicate /rename it and change it to whatever you want and place it...

      It resizes just like tiles...

      also note..

      NEVER delete vanilla references...
You disable them and sink themor at least use FO4edit and undelete anddisable them

In V1.4 you actually have 2 "settlements boundaries" overlaying each other. the outer boundary is about one large "2x2" tile wider then the inner settlement boundary. Unless, ver 1.3 did not remove it properly on my deletion.
      .

The inner boundary is tied to the workshop for purposes of building.

      - I'll submit some pictures of my Hendy's place tomorrow. I'm just about finished up

im not having this issue on my end.. not sure why you would have another larger boundary

I have no idea what caused the issue. it does not seem to bother anything. I uploaded a few images of my vision at Hendy's
I didn't do much interior as no settlers seem to be arriving. But then again i am not sure i waited long enough. I have my Timescale set to 6 and while in build mode, its set to 1. I'll leave the cell for a few days and return when i have more gifts from the gunners, BOS, and SuperMutants. They just seem to be dying to give me things

i have 4 settlers at the vanilla timescale in roughly 4-5 days of me dinking around there.
Also WOW awesome frigging place! its waaaay cooler then what i have made up so far!
Also Don't forget to make the settler beacon in the workshop menu!

i love this space. I have the settler beacon on top of the "grassy" sloped rooftop of my living space. Its hidden among the trees on the rocky ledge.

I downloaded you file and installed it with NMM, it says Hendy's Place needs DLCUltraHighResolution.esm
I would like to try your location, could you remove this requirement?
    Thanks

so i did some digging with FO4edit and apparently it isn't listed in the file header as a needed master-file, so try to load it up and let me know what happens.
      EDIT
