Auto-Learn All Blueprints

---DL v1.51.0 Compatible--- This mod causes all blueprints in the game to be auto-learned upon loading a save game or starting a new game. You can also choose to only auto-learn specific categories of blueprints instead of all of them. The mod can be uninstalled after auto-learning the blueprints and they will all remain learned.
