About this mod
Is it cake? No, of course not, the cake is a lie... It's just customized lighting and weather effects, as well as custom weather transition cycles (and more)... Not a ReShade...

Mod Details:
- Color Grading Tweaks (contrast, saturation, etc), including swapped LUTs... 4 LUTs are used in total for different weather states, and only one being the vanilla LUT... All LUTs come from the game files... These LUTs (along with the other tweaks) give each weather state a unique look and feel thanks to their different color palettes... Kind of gave the colors a "pastel" appearance (for some states, anyway), which I personally find more pleasing to the eyes than a fully natural palette...
- Removes green/yellow tint (somewhat replaces these with blues/pinks in different weather states)
- Removes the vignette effect
- Customized weather cycles (extremely randomized with 30 possible transitions... Rain is intentionally more common at night than any other state, though, and is less common during the day)... Mod includes 9 distinctly different weather states...
- Adjusts almost every aspect of the lighting for all weather states, as well as things like clouds and fog... Fog is adjusted to absorb/disperse more of the world color instead of having it's own (mostly blue) color and there are no extremely foggy weather states... Weather transitions also last much longer than vanilla (up to 2 in-game hours instead of 15-30 minutes), which make for some really nice clouds and lighting even in-between states...
- Replaces extreme weather states (sandstorm, etc) with normal weather and they are treated like any other state when it comes to transitions/cycles...
- Major tweaks to auto-exposure (eye-adaptation) to increase overall brightness while not blinding you or ruining the image...
- Tweaks to Global Illumination for non-RT users to make lights glow a bit more realistically (still not like RT, though, of course)...
- Minor adjustments to underwater colors to improve visibility... Also added more bubbles :)
- Optional (highly recommended for non-RT users) shadow/lighting/GI tweaks ini file addon available (found under "Update Files")... This darkens distant shadows and GI to closer match the near GI... It is not absolutely necessary, but should make for a more consistent image shading-wise... This is an edited version of the same file from my General Performance Improvents mod, and if you have that file, this will overwrite it (not that this will not help as much with performance as that file, though, so you may wish to continue using it if you need the uplift)...
- Probably (definitely) more stuff I'm not thinking about at the moment...
Known Issues:
- Some distant buildings/terrain (mountains, specifically) may appear to pop-in/out more often than with vanilla due to the decreased fog... This happens in vanilla and all other env mods, too, it's just more noticeable with less fog...
- Photo mode exposure is almost always off from the normal game until you take a screenshot once, then it fixes itself (though it may break itself again if you reposition the camera or just take too long to take another shot)... This happens in a lot of env mods that swap the LUT or adjust exposure (or just LUT mods) and can't really be fixed without basically reverting to vanilla...
- There may be some minor performance impacts in some areas/weather conditions compared to vanilla (or other env mods)... This should only impact raster (non-RT) users, though, and is necessary to provide the best lighting possible without RT...
- There are rain sound effects during Sandstorm and Pollution weather states in the versions labeled "With Extreme States"... This is for the effects, as they use rain to control them (even if the effect has no rain)... The old versions of these files that do not have this issue for Pollution are still available if this bothers you (found under "Old Files")... They are identical other than that they do not support the Pollution effect, and therefore do not have rain sounds in the state... They still do have the sounds in Sandstorm, though, but I think it sounds fine for that...
- Nothing else I've noticed, though I haven't seen everything the game has to offer while using this yet...
