Nova City is a unique weather and lighting mod to breathe new life into Night City. These changes includes brand new custom weather states and probability balances, particle effects (currently a work-in-progress), some time-specific weather features, and a reimagining of the vanilla weather states.
TL;DR (for those that can't make it to the bottom section):
This mod is not compatible with other lighting and weather mods. It is also not compatible with Nova LUTs ENV.

Installation:
Use Vortex (recommended) or manually install by just dragging and dropping the contents of the zip to the Cyberpunk 2077 root folder.
For GOG it should be something like "C:\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\[it goes here]
For Steam it should be something like "C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\[it goes here]
Compatibility:
This mod is not compatible with other lighting and weather mods. This means it is also not compatible with Nova LUTs ENV.
Nova City may not be compatible with Ultra Fog which overrides the main 006.env file controlling weather states and transitions. I've named Nova City with more !!!'s to give it priority in order to make it compatible but if you change the name or set Ultra Fog higher, it will break.
Known Issues:
Rain may fall at extreme angles. This is not intended for any state aside from storms.
Exposure in some states my be far too bright. Please report any issues you may have with this.
Particles may appear or disappear suddenly as well as flicker under bright lights.
Weather transitions are not properly implemented yet. Please use the CET addon.
