This is my own version of V, some people liked her so I decided I'd upload her for anyone who may be interested. :)
Installation instructions:
Drag and drop the preset file from the zip into the presets folder, the file path should look like this:
(wherever your Cyberpunk 2077 root folder is) -> bin -> x64 -> plugins -> cyber_engine_tweaks -> mods -> AppearanceChangeUnlocker -> presets -> female
Mod requirements/suggestions (be sure to read mod descriptions, some of them may have their own requirements as well!) :

I understand this may look like a very extensive list but not all of them are absolutely required, only the ones I list as 'required' will be necessary to fully replicate her look.
Goes without saying that Appearance Change Unlocker by PotatoOfDoom1337 is a major requirement!
Required
Skin textures:
There's two options both by Avallonkao; shooter's discretion as to which one you would like to use.
1. 4k Complexion and Body for Female V by Avallonkao; install the core, Ava_VTKHEAD_complexions2.0, Better Body 4k Abs, and Microdetails2.0
I use skin type 1[Required]
OR
4k New Female complexions also by Avallonkao; besides the main core I use V1 and microdetails.
Caveat: If you choose to use this one do NOT install sosuine's Alternative Skin Material, xBaebsae's Facial details, or the Avacore and microdetails from Avallonkao's other skin complexion mod. The body complexions ARE compatible however.
2. Alternative Skin Material by sosuine [Required]
3. Alternative Character Lighting by twinpanic [Required]
4. Morph Texture Removal - Cleaner and Better Skin Details by Halvkyrie [Required]
3. VTK FemV - Vanilla HD - Togglable Feet and Body and Textures Plus Resources I downloaded Vanilla Body HD - Arms, Vanilla Body HD - Body, Finer Detail Texture, and Vanilla Body HD - Arms without Personal Link [Required]
4. VTK - Ava's 4k Body Textures [Required]
5. VTK Realistic Facial Details - FemV And Feminine NPCs all by xBaebsae requires the main file, and Realistic Facial Details - Feminine V Shine - Vanilla HD [Required]
6. EKTs Custom Character Creator by EtaKrysaTarakan [Not really required but highly, highly recommended]
Eyes:
1. Kakto Eyes by lunokakto this is the main one I use; the only one you need for this preset is basegame_kaktoeyesdeepbrown.archive found here [Required]
Hair and cosmetics:
1. Koralina's New Lip Makeup Edits by CoralineKoralina I use Edit no.1 - improved original makeup [Required]
2. Simple Eye MakeUp by Alexis79 [Required]
3. Kala's Makekup Edits by kala I use Winged Eyeliner Soft [Required]
4. Darker Eyebrows by AnruiMurasaki [Required]
5. Sandra Dorsett Face Cyberware also by AnruiMurasaki [Required]
Optional; I like to experiment around with different looks, none of these are required but I listed the mods I use
Skin textures:
1. Dewy Skin for Femme V by kala (Nexus link) and here (her Patreon account, be sure to support her!) I used the mole version which replaces skin complexion #3
OR
2. Kala's Feminine Complexion Edits by kala The one I like is Complexion 5 Natural Lips No Blush
Caveat: Using these skin complexions will change the overall facial appearance and lose the thicker eyebrow appearance, check the reference image
Body:
1. MORE REALISTIC BUTT - BodyMod by LxRHyst
OR
2. Enhanced Vanilla Body (EVB) by LxRhyst
3. RIG Deform - Body Shape Addition for Bodies Mods also by LxRHyst I use RIG DEFORM - 1.6 - VERSION 2 (BIGGER legs and thighs)
4. Facial Customisation Rig Fix - No More Clipping Eyes by xBaebsae
Eyes:
These ones aren't required but I recommend trying them out and experimenting with them to see what you like
1.Koralina's New Eyes - Realistic and Unrealistic - by CoralineKoralina, my recommendation is Caramel Dark
I strongly recommend this one if you don't want to use Kakto or find this to be better looking
OR
2. UNIQUE EYES V3 by kala
OR
3. Photorealistic Eyes by bella6801 this one should work with Kakto Eyes
Hair and cosmetics:
I change up my V's hair every once in a while, these following mods list which ones I cycle through
1. Anto Sims Hair for Female V by lumad11 and Anto (the original author) I use the Angelina hairstyle
2. Wingdeer Hair Collection by peachydeer5 I use Dani Hair, the LONG N TENDER PACK, miumiu2, Ancy, Sophia, Lee, and Vigilante
3. KEYSUSPECT'S Hair Catalogue by keysuspect specifically the Jyn hairstyle and Cheryl
4. Better Hair Material by mjehsan
5. Long Curly Hair - FEM V by s1lverwing
6. Better Natural Colors - by Shaundi452 I used this Chestnut brown for the blonde funny enough
This should be almost every mod I use for my V, I may or may not missed something but with all these main ones she should come out the same for you. Again; please thank and support all of those amazing authors who make this all possible!
