📢Mod update: Gaige The Stormbringer!

She has arrived, one of the most complex and extremely dynamic Vault Hunter alternating between meleeing, shooting and summoning to ever existed. And the more you fight, the more powerful you will become. Some of her classmods can also unlock their hidden power with her skills, further allowing your creativity to go nut with building your dream Mecha and Vault Hunter.


NEW FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: every Sunday at 8:00 pm (GMT+7) every 2 weeks or every month.
Critical updates will be rolled out at any time if there is an emergency. 

As the mod is slowly expanding, thinking up something innovative and interesting is getting harder and harder. With that, I have to use a more flexible schedule update to make sure every major update includes something game changing or interesting. It doesn't mean I will slow down the update, in fact, I will continue to work even harder to bring more fun to the game. Thank you for playing and have fun hunting!

🛠 Mod support:

1. Compatibility with other mods:

UCP (Which has already integrated in this mod with Shadow's permission) (Default settings include less dumb visual, less dumb damage number, cutscene disabler)
- BL2Fix (The mod pack includes a version with BL2Fix compatible so please use that version instead of the mod standard version or Axton only version)
- Otherwise, this mod isn't really compatible with many awesome mods out there since it has UCP implemented as well as changes to weapon/shield system. Except mods that change other Vault Hunters besides Axton, Zero and Gaige.

2. How to install: (Currently only OpenBLCMM/BLCMM method is fully documented. I'll add step-by-step for SDK extension later)

With SDK Extension: (For first timer as well as those who are used to sdk)

First you will need to download both SDK extension and text mod loader by apple1417. Once you're in the menu, there should be a "Mods" option. Head to that menu and enable "WM.txt".


3. Controllers support: 
- For chad controller enjoyers: In order to recall your turret anywhere, you will have to reconfigure your controller setup in Steam to whatever action skill button you are using. (Thank you gfhuntress for this method)


4. Current state of the mod: (I'll say it's about 25-30% complete? But should give you at least 20-50 more hours of fun experience)
- The mod is very much stable as of patch 13.7. There are still some hiccups here and there as well as the balancing in early game can be a bit too easy, but overall, it's as fun as it should be.

AXTON CHANGES SUMMARY: 

1. Skill trees:
Guerrilla: Now turns you into the game best support for providing firepower by making your friends and your turret stronger while also fulfilling your dream turret build.
Gunpowder: Provides general utility for you and your team, making your gun game much more fun with good kill skills and breath-taking weapon damage skills. This tree will also fulfill your dream "explosive" build and make your turret stronger.
Survival: "With great shields come no DPS". You can now become a tank with incredible shield power. 

2. Class mods:
- Legendary class mods now feel like actual legendary items, not only providing you great bonus but also implementing various new playstyles besides just building your Axton around his skill trees.
- Some class mods will change how your turrets behave, especially Dragon Keep DLC class mods. A sniper, a one-shot shotgun, a minigun, an energy crossbow, etc. you name it.



Clarification gameplay mechanic section: 
1. All level 5/10 bonuses:  
- All of the bonuses can be achieved by class mods. Let say a COM gives you +4 on certain skill, all you need is to invest 1 point in said skill and level 5 bonus will be applied. However, level 5 bonus currently can't be upgraded further.
- For example: Level 5 bonus of Onslaught is +20% fire rate. If you boost that skill to level 6, 7, 8 etc. The fire rate will stay the same (+20%) as level 5. (I'll consider implementing further upgrade of these bonuses in the future)

2. Class mods with turret stats: 
- Most of them are false stats, the real stats are the stats that display on the class mod divide by 2, and each turret receives the buff individually. This is a problem with how the codes of this game work, I'm unsure how to fix this problem. 

3. Damage reduction: 
- The math for damage reduction isn't addictive. To keep it simple, when you have 15% damage reduction, you will receive around 15% less damage. However, with 100% damage reduction, you won't be invincible and will receive ~50% less damage. In short, the higher the damage reduction, the smaller the benefit.
