download wont start (2 comments)

   click the link for the file ... and nothing happens
   
   then tried the Manual download link ...again ...nothing

      okay ...clicking the premium option and then going back opened the download 
      
      but its saying modtek and BTML are not installed but i have installed them ... i think ... 
      
      BTML - extracted to the 'Managed' folder and the .exe run (black CMD window opened briefly)
      Modtek dll file put in the MOD folder
      
      where else should the rest of the modtek files live? currently just one level up from the MOD folder
