Buildings Affect Whole Island

One building per island fulfills the basic and luxury need of population tier. Town Hall, Trade Union and Harbourmaster's Office also affect whole island.

This pack of specialists is designed to fill in holes that are not covered by the game as well as help create more demand for less used items. Production buildings with few options for specialists were given more options.

This mod makes you start with a fully-loaded Flagship: 50t Timber, 50t Steel Beams, and 50t Weapons.

Anno Chain (production chain calculator)

Enter how big your Productions chain is and hit "Continue", then put every Production Time (in seconds) in the new Fields and hit "CALCULATE" It will then tell you how often you need to Build each Building to have a equaly and nice Production ;)Full Constribution goes to @MrFox

Configurable Maintenance

Adjust the financial and population cost of maintenance for all buildings and most ships. A script is also provided so you can generate your own version with the scaling factor you prefer. A default version is included lowering the maintenance to help new players figure out the game

Anno Building-menu Customizer (ABC)

As dlc's and mods add more and more options to your building-menu, it can quickly feel cluttered. This tool lets you change it to your liking and then generate a mod to put your personalized menu in game.
