Not sure why, but this mod isn't working for me. It's far past the required days before the rebuilding phase should begin. My mod list is small. I've tried moving it down from its original spot in my load order, but that hasn't helped either. Thoughts? Let me know if you need some specific info from me.
copied from the description -- "The 'rebuilding' stage will start around 25 days after the dragon has been defeated. After this, it will take another 40 days for the walls to be fully rebuilt. The goal is to make the sequence take place gradually through a playthru, to make it feel as though things are changing in the world with the passage of time, rather than the direct result of player action."
I know this is a port, but I belive the author should have removed all the rubbish (I had to remove it manually) but instead he built the new objects on top of the rubbish.
Overhauled the mod under the hood. Implemented a control quest and new trigger boxes near major city gates to check requirements and initiate stages. Progression now uses level requirements after 'Dragon Rising'
Tweaked landscape textures to remove more grass
Tweaked the patrol markers for one of the new guards
Added patches for Northern Roads, Lux Orbis, Alpine Forest of Whiterun Valley, and Great Forest of Whiterun Hold
Implemented a simple script to manage civil war faction ownership guards and banners, removed several redundant objects as a side benefit
Since 1.0 will still work ok I would recomend to finish what you are doing in your playthough if you are far into it If you are not far into your playthough though I would update.
My experience so far... I had this mod installed before I started my playthrough. Worked like a charm. Much later in my playthrough, I decided to give both this mod and Whiterun Watchtower Doesn't Start Broken LE a try. So I deleted this mod and cleaned my save file. Installed both the other mod and this mod.
And wow! The watchtower was not broken when I visited it. I rode my horse to Whiterun and entered Dragonsreach. I figured I'd click on the Jarl while I was there. When I returned to the watchtower, it was destroyed. Now after traveling by the watchtower after being away for quite a while in this area, I see that the reconstruction has begun.
Honestly, this is more in line with what I think the western watch tower should've looked like with Jayserpa's mod. That mod makes it look more like it was repaired after being leveled. If anything, the appearance of the watchtower between these mods should be swapped, in my opinion.

So this all works in mid-playthrough.
Thank you so much for this port!
