Balances Sim Settlements with Horizon.

Adds 6 new industrial plots that act as Horizon Jobs!

Moves Horizon skills from the perk tab to a new skills tab in the pipboy. Also allows you to see your exact skill level per skill.

Patches Horizon with a few robot mods. Live Action Handy and Moddable Robot Companions.

Patches the ghoul's spawned during radstorms (if you use that setting) and adds DEF_UI tags to settings tapes.

Patches West Tek Tactical Optics and Horizon. Changes upgrades to cost the same as the Horizon eyewear counterparts, uses Horizon's red, blue, white color scheme for enemy, friendly, and dead targets, and moves crafting to the robotics lab under equipment (for the goggles) and devices (for the toggle).

When using power armor targeting hud or berry mentats, slain enemy corpses will highlight orange. Accessing their inventory will make the orange highlight disappear.

The longer you stay in power armor, the more your body starts to atrophy and consequently depend on power armor to function. Get out and walk around for a bit to counter-act the effects!
