About this mod

My vision of Sanctuary. Small, compact and easy to navigate. Lots of funny details and solutions I have not yet encountered in any other settlement.

Hello!

This is my first ever mod and I do hope it is to your liking.

I wanted a small, compact Sanctuary that is easy to manage yet filled with items of all sorts.
It took a while to build but I think it was worth it in the end.
Originally I wanted to do a Vanilla build but that was not possible for my vision, unfortunately.
I did what I could to keep the required mods to a minimum tho.

The Build:

I did not have blueprint in my head other than I wanted it compact, so I built it on the go.
Lots of trials and errors, starting over and giving up. Fun and frustrating.
If I remember correctly I started with Market Row and it grew from there. How quickly you forget.

The Power Armor Garage along with the You Are Here map was the most fun to do.
The Garage turned out better than I expected thanks to the idea of the EDH, Emergency Deployment Hatch.
A quick exit when needed and also an entrance with a jetpack.
Upon exit you touch down in the Stand Clear booth, with rubber padded concrete floor to withstand heavy loads.
The roof of the Garage was a challenge. Minimizing the glass panels and getting them in place was tedious,
but I think the end result is good enough.

The You Are Here arrow and mark is made of an I turned up side down with connectors hidden under the frame.
The point is an A turned up side down and tilted to hide the connectors and the mark is a rotated table lamp.

The ligthting on the street and Cat/Guardwalk are also table lamps.

Importing:

You need to scrap as much as possible before importing otherwise it will look quite different.
The dormer and roof on the house needs are the most vital things that need to go, tho.
Of course you can wait and scrap till after importing and see how that goes, I have not tried it for my self.

Issues:

There are some issues that I can't correct when importing tho. No deal breakers but worth mentioning.
No matter what I do I can't import it with wires, it freezes after a couple of %. I have no idea why.
It is very easy to rewire tho, so please uncheck both boxes when importing.
The gun displays in Guns Guns Guns are empty upon importing, easy enough to fill by yourself.
Other than that it's all good, I hope.
