Bug Report Forum on Bethesda:

BEFORE POSTING READ THE FOLLOWING:
1.) Check the Mod Version, Make sure you have the mod that works with the DLC you have.
2.) Check the Load Order. My Mod goes AFTER the respected DLC, but before any scrap mods. If you have Settlement mods, put my mod before and test. then move it after and test again. if there is a conflict let me know the mod in question.
3.) DETAILS are THE MOST important thing. Where are you having issues at, does it matter if you jump, run, quick travel, stealth, sleep, die, cry or any other relevant details.
4.) Provide me with your load order, if possible. (I have over 135 mods active on my game alone, some mods merged, some not.)
5.) What version of my mod are you using? PC, PS, XB? Version 1.0, 2.1, 3.0, etc? AIO, NW Only, FH Only, Unlocked, No DLC?

>>>>>>IN GAME MAX BUILD HEIGHT IS 326 WOODEN STAIRCASES<<<<<<
!!! WARNING FOR UNLOCKED VERSION !!!
Bethesda has a hard coded build height of about 323ish floors, depending on with you use to make the floors. If you manage to build to max and try to get any higher you will be teleported down about 200 floors, if you do not have anything under you, you will fall to your death. You have been warned

I have seen many people say they only want to increase the build height and not change the other parts of build area. So here is the mod you wanted.

********************************************************************************************************************************
I have no plans to make one higher than 9000 so don't ask  Yea, It was too much fun to test the build height limits.
-  Please let me know if I missed any places.
-  Pick the Mod that works for you. Since so few people use the DLC versions of this mod I will not be making unlocked versions.

Please add any bug reports to the bug report section of this mod and I will try to update or fix them if I can. Thanks.

Bethesda has height limits for a reason, so be cautious. The more the game has to load the more memory the game will use. EDIT your INI settings to allows for higher external cache. Also, there really is no reason to build to max height. But, some of you will do it just for fun.

I do not know how to make a FOMOD extension and frankly I do not see the need. If anyone feels the need/desire to make one, let me know and I will upload it for everyone to use.

Settler Sandbox Fix as posted in comments section by HadToRegister:

In order to get settlers to use higher floors you can either use a mod, that uses up an ESP slot, or just do it the text way
The ESP way is this mod Multiple Floors Sandboxing by Korodic and Dovahklon

The other way is to make a Fallout4Custom.ini, in your C:\users\YOURNAME\ Documents\My Games\Fallout4\ folder and add this to it

[General]
sStartingConsoleCommand=bat autoexec

Then make an autoexec.txt file and put it in your fallout 4 directory with this in it

SetGS fSandboxCylinderTop 576
SetGS fSandboxCylinderBottom -576

Those two commands set the up and down area where your settlers will go.
For some reason Bethesda set this really low
That way, instead of using up an ESP slot, the file will run automatically every time you start your game
I have some of my settlement in Greygarden and Finch Farm, built up onto the Highway above the settlements, and my settlers go all the way up to the top

All Old downloads deleted in JUNE. If you have the old/ unsupported versions, you can upload them to whatever site you wish, but I will not be supporting the old files as of (2/23/17)
