This mod unfortunately doesn't work anymore. I have no other mods installed other than the anniversary patcher, iron sights mod, and a sprint mod, and I confirmed that those mods weren't the cause of this one not working. Such a shame too, I remember this being a fantastic mod and a must install for this game and new vegas.
Since FOSE doesn't work with 1.7.4, no, and not else much does either... You should look at the anniversary patcher. Rolls back Steams FO3 to 1.7.3 so FOSE works, while also keeping the couple worthwhile things that came in 1.7.4. But wait, there's more! It makes FO3 4Gb aware, adds mod limit fix, and makes it so FOSE is launched when you hit play in Steam like a regular game. I'm not trying to sell you on this so much as asking you : Why wouldn't you want to use Anniversary Patcher?
In actuality, I'm just poking at you a bit, there's a few people asking some similar questions in here and other posts so I just wanted to drop some links for everyone at the top of the page. Good luck with yer Modding, and to everyone, make sure you use FOSE v1.3 b2 if you D-load... LStewiesAL Tweaks requires it, and you want those tweaks....and don't forget UUF3P and it's requirements . Enhanced camera works 100% fine. Therefore one of the possible causes of the glitch must be FOSE script conflict. Within FOSE folder, try to disable other script file one by one, then you may find at least the troublemaker script that causes the conflict with Enhance Camera script.
To disable other script files, first backup all FOSE script files to your Desktop folder or any other folder outside of FO3. Then delete one of the other script files except for Enhanced Camera script file. Enter the game and test whether the glitch is gone or not. You repeat this process until you find the troublemaker script.
Edit: It is also possible a plugin causes the problem.
Can't get this to work ever since fallout 3 was updated breaking a shitload of mods. I've downloaded and activated the anniversary patcher, but this still doesnt work. Anyone find a fix for this?
